Channeling Transcript: May 4, 2010: Sage, Woodstock, NY

Today is May 4^th 2010 we are at Sage and for the people that are new it is best to just try and sit as still as you can and most people close their eyes because then you can go deeper and just take a deep breath                      welcome we are the master teachers you are the master teachers and together  we are one        just allow yourselves now to relax into your being into your power into your sense of self into your expansion and know now that what you are doing is something very special very unique            you are now working with your awareness of the multi dimensions            multi dimensions of yourselves  the multi dimensions of us              and you are working with a channel that is vibrational        so you may read books you may listen to other channels but this channel is an energetic one and this is where you are literally being tuned up tuned outwards tuned with expansion     so you can literally forget now about your mind         and just let these energies now that are moving through you these energies are constant consistent always there     the energy of the planet which is in fact the conglomerate energy of all of you that is you your past lives your current life your future lives     it is these lives that created your planet and that create the resonance of the planet       so yes indeed you are very very responsible      for all that is  your state of mind your state of heart your state of being your state of spirit    all   create the earth as it is       and thus  of course you have the abilities and you are doing this now you are the creating the resonance of this planet into your future and yes there are a multitude of futures    and it is your choice your individual choice your conglomerate choice now the directions that you take      so as we are working with you now we are literally tuning  you into that frequency which is at your highest potential      and you are now working to come back to that original dna    that dna that feeds you creates you makes you that is your star seed your star being your highest potential your angelic self        let us increase the frequencies          and as we increase the frequencies you may feel some shifts in your body   some heaviness or lightness or dizziness      some wooziness            and just allow yourselves now to calibrate into peace                      and every single part of you is important       just as every single part of  your body your toes your knees your organs your hair so is every single part of your emotional make up important          the places that you go to in your mind      these are all important parts of your being     and you are here to explore to experience to pick up all the pieces of this holographic human experience       it is your duty to be here with all of these parts with all of the pain and suffering as you read it   with all of the joy and laughter as you feel it       so again as we have mentioned take all of these parts and integrate them don’t be pushing them away pushing them onto others giving them away at your therapy session   let it go   no no no do not let it go take it all back bring it all inside and let it all percolate integrate incubate       so let us ask archangel metatron to work with us now in this process                         archangel metatron is my name   I am a cosmology of entities        and I work together with you in consolidating all those parts of yourselves and I we work with you in recognizing the truth all truth so let us begin again this process of consolidation and take into your awareness that you are now the planet earth and deep within  your core at your solar plexus is the internal core the core of your being the fire of your life         the place of all transmutation all transformation                and energetically now you will be feeling a shift and now with your consciousness go to those places those locations where you have been in  your life like a quick movie go through your entire life with the speed see the places see the people the emotions the situations go to them all and take literally a snapshot with your holographic mind    the snapshot captures your emotional state your state of awareness it captures the state of awareness that you have with the location and with the people around you and with the activities that you are currently doing in that place         snap snap snap snap snap  take all of the photographs and place all those photographs inside your core     most of them are there but many of you have literally pushed away    I don’t need that anymore     I don’t like those feelings      oh I certainly don’t like those people    bring all of those let us call these pieces of information the beautiful ones the ugly ones the good times the bad times           and bring them all into your core                  and as  you are picking them up you may notice that you go deeply into an emotional state    go there with speed with focus capture it and move on             and as you are doing this you may feel that your body  is in a slightly distorted state    allow these energies to simply move through you     do not become stuck          and the purpose of this exercise is to empower you       you say here on this planet that information is freedom    well access all of your information        dear loved ones         and now whether you believe or do not believe in past lives or future lives whether you have information or do not have information just allow now your holographic camera to go into those past lives and set your camera on automatic so that it takes those pictures  so that in you intention in your awareness you are now again connecting with all of those past lives     and you are simply bringing your consciousness bringing your awareness  into its complete and full capacity        and then let us move to the future lives     again on automatic your intention is set to capture the spiritual mental emotional and physical attributes connections experiences and again you bring this all into the core                and bring your consciousness your awareness now to this core   allow all of this experience all of this information to be integrated to be whole for many different frequencies like different colors all line up beautifully like a rainbow         a full dynamic spectrum of experience      the richness the diversity of all of this experience         many many lives and within  you is like a treasure chest of jewels from all over the world all sparkling in a different light                 and now notice if you feel on any level differently         if this process of collection of intention of being all all that you are have been will be   if this experience has made you feel more solid or more expanded                 we are working now with your energy fields     grounding the experience of multidimensional lives        allowing you to recognize that all you have been and done is truth without judgment for there are no judgments from the level where we see you        there is no good bad guilt or shame   there simply is life           and allow us now to make this experience more dense as you live and breathe now in this three dimensional space so called  as you expand  your consciousness into the multidimensional space which always has existed        as you now recognize  your own multidimensionality         see yourself now as an ancient tree your body the trunk very dense extremely heavy   rooted and grounded and completely connected to mother earth your home  your planet your creation           and feel your roots as they dig gently through the soil meeting other trees and other organisms and ground now your multidimensional experience into your planet             you are not visitors to this planet     you are this planet    you are one great living breathing organism      and feel deep inside your trunk your rings of experience the great ages you have lived through      the droughts the wind storms the floods the beautiful sunny days and that you  have been a home to many many others you have nurtured their existence the bugs the birds the fungus         and at the top of your head imagine that your tree now is branching out  bring your consciousness that your tree is branching out like a large halo it reaches up to the heavens    and expands in all directions and bursts forth leaves seeds flowers fruits nuts                and your tree is able to communicate clearly with all the other trees around it  with all the trees on the planet   and your tree is able to access the sun the air the gases the water                   and deep within the core is all the information in the universe  tucked neatly away in the dna the complete history and future of what you call all time all within you the mysteries are many outside of you but the greatest mystery is within you    all of the answers lie within you          and  you are this truth  blessings blessings blessings         so again we are the master teachers we ask that you hold your consciousness that you retain this image this consciousness of yourself as this grand tree retaining all of your knowledge and all of your power and we remind you that you are the creators of this universe     that you have placed yourselves here to be teachers to work with others to be the forerunners of expansion       and yes of course this is the tipping point it is so clear it is so obvious    and yes humanity is shifting   your planet is shifting everything is shifting it has always been shifting     but now you are really aware of this shift      so let us increase the frequencies            and as we increase the frequencies step boldly into your power    allow yourself to be the wild the individual the strong one the powerful one  the crazy one yes yes yes  allow yourselves to step right now into this power        again we increase the frequencies                 and of course the world is changing  and you are stepping through the photon band    there are different frequencies hitting your planet    you are creating these you are enjoying these   yes believe it or not your are enjoying these       things are changing things are speeding up             are you feeling this   yes of course you are feeling this      people are changing faster and faster and faster      and you are also becoming more and more peaceful  with this fastness              and let us tell  you that in the very near future you will see more and more change      you will be excited to hear more and more change and working with your higher self being in your higher self you will lift above the emotional body      the emotional body is good here and there for survival techniques etc etc  but now it is your purpose let us say technique now to move forward and higher into this more advanced state of your being       we hesitate to use these words higher and more advanced as they seem so hierarchical    but it is the language that you use now        we hope that it is clear for you to understand that is why we speak in this way           what you are doing now is you are embracing the higher self and the higher self uses all of these other levels physical emotional mental levels to be human to be here but you are able to be here in a different way and the higher self the spiritual self    this is the self that is completely aware of its connectedness you are always connected but this is the awareness  state of connectedness      and as you come into this more aware state    you will become more aware of the multidimensional states around  you and let us say quite clearly now that you will be able to see beings from other places and other dimensions      you have referred to these as ufo’s or aliens and you will see now that there will be more and more and more different beings around you    that these veils are lifting that the sightings will become more common    and we advise you strongly to stay within your heart space      to not be afraid   to use  your heart not you head but your heart although these are integrated and now one     in your language we say use your heart now  use your heart now to understand and to feel and to grow to be growing with this world     again we increase the frequencies    and as we increase the frequencies   we remind you that those who are having difficulties in their lives where they see obstacles or they see changes where they are having physical mental emotional or spiritual problems challenges obstacles know that these are all let us say created by yourself      we could also say god given     that everything that is happening is in its course    and is  your choice       and the very moment you recognize that this is your choice that you are in charge that god is in charge this is the same thing    that you the god the connected one is all in charge      that you have complete power over all situations over  your being    and of course this sounds so easy for us to say   but you slowly are coming around to this and understanding this and experiencing this       this comes to all in time       and for those who it comes to faster you will be the teachers you are the teachers          it is not that someone is special        that they can created and manifest   it is that you are all special   and all able to create and manifest    there are no limitations   dear loved ones   no limitations     your mind your heart let us call this the one thing your mind heart   is the most powerful in the entire universe it is the essence of your being your divinity  and your divinity is exactly that    divine        divine all creating all manifesting     and we have heard you say the expression   let go let god  but we say integrate integrate god  integrate yourself recognize that you are god         let us increase the frequencies      and allow the divine spark within you to grow    you certainly can be bigger greater brighter   be brave     have bravado       and all those little tiny voices that say no I can’t do that  all the self doubt all the guilt all the shame all the parents voices saying don’t do that   well we say do that         your team is voting for you     and all of  you are surrounded by the helpful ones       soon as you step up and be brave you will see how much support you have        invisible and visible    soon as you actually make the choice  to be powerful to be in your power you will be astounded by how much support you receive       have no expectations don’t expect people to say something to you to be there for you    expect yourself    to stand up for  you and be there for you      until you support yourself the universe cannot coincide with you         you support yourself  and the frequency will exponentially grow    yes and  it will seem like a miracle  what comes out of you what comes from you            we increase the frequencies        grow grow grow grow flowers grow    and we ask you to answer yes or no if you are feeling the shift in energy please answer yes or no        yes       oh how brightly yes you said      well done flowers     should anyone like to Q. talking about purpose and I am so much not feeling a sense of purpose and it seems like the more the longer I go having been seeking you know truth pretty much my whole life it seems like the deeper I go it seems like the feeling of actual purpose is escaping me

MT.  this is good  is good  so you are feeling that when you are seeking the truth that the sense of purpose is escaping

Q. no but I have just always been one to seek the truth and so I have always been following the inspiration you know that kind of thing and now it just seems like I don’t feel a connection I don’t feel a sense of purpose   it is not a feeling

MT.   well done

Q. oh thanks it is easy for you to say

MT.   we find it quite interesting that people are seeking the truth     it is like hello it is everywhere hello the truth is everything    where are you seeking when  you are completely sought    there is no seeker there is no seeking      give up the seeking forget about seeking    when  you forget about seeking you will find and you will find that there is nothing to seek because it is all the truth all all the truth

Q. that is what I mean so what is the point then

MT. there is no point

Q. yeah so why are we here

MT.  we are here     well you tell us why are we here    aren’t you having fun yet? What are we doing here   Ah this rich human experience        you are just building up your colors in your rainbow      that is why you are here the purpose is simply to be here     very simple very very simple         follow your heart whatever that is        there is great importance to your question      how many people are seeking seeking       it is like the fish who is swimming around the big big ocean and looking for water     hello     this is it     this is the truth  you are here    you have landed        being  simply      being     b e I n g    simply        seeking   seeking means that something is out of your reach   that you have to go and look for it   that you have to go and find it       and it is not like finding a needle in a haystack      you are the haystack       everything is here   nothing is outside of you       because you are everything       there is no duality there is no I am the seeker and this is the sought      wow  I found the sought  wow right on top of the mountain I found it     and now now what   what is the sought what does it look like  was it a diamond was it a buffalo   was it a snowman     what was the sought   was it god     seekers are people that exist in duality    that something is outside of themselves and we know just as you know that  you are complete and you are complete connection with everything      there is nothing to be seeked out

Q. how do you integrate duality and retain self empowerment

MT. good question    you remind yourself that you are powerful    and  you see the world you see yourself and you check yourself you check your thinking   you check your feeling   you check your understanding     for example  you say    this ball over there is her ball and then you look at yourself and you look at that person and you see that there is actually streams tendrils lines of energy between you between the ball between everything around you   and you see that your energy field is actually much further than what you believe is the edge of you     the edge of  you is not your skin   the edge of you is not your aura     you actually  have no edge     you recognize that  you are connected to that person    so that person is no different to you     you are connected      they may seem visually distanced to  you  but energetically you are connected        so as you are connected to the ball      so you must explore your language explore your thinking  you are one hundred percent completely interconnected  with everything you see know experience      when you begin to make distinctions this is me this is you that is the sun that is the ball then you are living in three dimensional reality  you are also living in duality       when you make judgments this is good this is bad then you are creating duality       this is a good experience this is a bad experience then  you are creating duality   it is your judgment your judgment calls     this is the right thing to do  I will be a good girl    ooh that was a bad thing to do   I am a bad girl      these judgments create the duality of your world        the less judgments you create the more you will see the world yourself in harmony  and the more you will see the world in harmony       when we look at the people   when we speak to the people when we hear the stories the people that are aware of oneness see this world as quite a cool place   to live in     they are enjoying their lives     the people that have more duality that have more judgments see more of the suffering    does this mean there is more suffering existing    not necessarily   your state of mind creates the planet      your state of mind creates the duality thus it is important it is your obligation and we say this very sternly as we have not said it before     it is your obligation it is your responsibility human beings right now on this planet   to stop judgment    to stop duality  to create yourselves into this divine gloriousness of oneness which you are in    but see it see it  and we are being stern we are because it is time for you now to take on this responsibility because you are creating this planet       ooooffff  we sound like we are getting a bit too serious perhaps  but   it is important for you to understand that every single thought you have creates the planet      it is time to grow up   it is time to be big now it is time to take on this responsibility of yourselves    you have had enough lifetimes  you have had enough experience now to learn that you don’t have to become stuck in your emotional states or your physical states      that  you have this divine ability to be in your higher consciousness and to be in this better state to choose this better state        and when you are feeling uncomfortable that you can move from that place    it is your choice     and let us say it is your obligation now to help shift to help move others to help  others       you are some of  you most of you in this room now in fact all of you are more conscious are more aware are more let us say compassionate and are more able now to help others     so it is your duties now to step up to be empowered     we are watching you and we are helping you     in every single way        woooo     we will take a break           and we will increase the frequencies          are we sounding like your parents today       we increase the frequencies       every now and then we feel it is time to give let us say a kick in the bottom to remind you to remind  you of your incredibleness that you are superheroes   and it is time for you to put on your superhero suit and wear it all the time              and the more you are there in that place you will find that  your bodies your dna wakes up your brain chemicals start to shift  and you are able to be there more and more often and then you can stay there     wow   what a happy time      no ups and downs just a consistent joy of being alive  helping others and being there being being   not seeking    again we increase the frequencies         any further questions    did we answer your question      all three of you did we answer your questions

MT what do  you need to know that  you don’t already know

Q. how do you remember particularly when  you are struggling

MT   when you are struggling  you keep bringing  yourself back into the divine state     you increase your frequencies     and you allow the suffering the  pain the fears the doubts to simply be      allow them to be   do not push them away      allow them and give them space  and integrate them with all the other aspects of your being       when you are in a state that is uncomfortable   we would call that painful state      you are contracting into one place you are focusing into one very very small very very tiny part of yourself      and yourself is huge   it is absolutely universal so when you are feeling that state  then expand bring your memory of other joyous states bring  your memory of your skills of your love of your joy of your laughter    make it let us say man made      bring in all the other states of your being and instead of focusing into that one painful place integrate that one painful place into your broad spectrum of experience and allow  yourself to expand into all the joyful places all the rest of your rich dimensional being       it is simple you are in a bad place and then you just start to remember the times that  you were joyful or you do something that makes you joyful         just keep it moving    simply keep it moving   you are constantly moving  you are constantly changing every single day    you can be a completely different person         every single moment  you are shifting   the atoms in you are not the same in any given space or time they are continuously shifting    why should you be the same     why should you be stuck in one painful place       only because you think you are stuck      only because it is a state of your mind       and your mind    oooof is way bigger than that    is much bigger than that  one little place     so  think big   be big come into the big big big picture    call in all of the big big big ones to help you       you are never never never stuck        and you are never isolated and you are never alone      you are part of the greatest humanity of the universe       does that answer your question

MT  so simple isn’t it    it is very very simple   you don’t need to do these extensive meditations   or stand on your head or run around the block or go and see a therapist for fifteen hundred years       all you have to do is expand    take off the barbed wire fences    and as the channel always says turn into a marshmallow    soft gushy mushy yummy  and whenever there is contraction just take a breath in and soften and imagine yourself as this white white soft marshmallow       next question please

Q. could you talk abit about sacred geometry

MT. sacred geometry  oooh details details details       as you know we are teachers of simplification    correct    we try to simplify   to simplify everything to make it about being     but what we will say is of course there is a sacred geometry and everything in your entire complete universe is built on what you call sacred geometry       we have another expression for this which is something not translatable  it is a dimensional state    but your sacred geometry is let us say the building blocks of your entire being     from the atomic structure to the gross universal structure   macro equals micro  and every single thing has within it whether it appears to be or not sacred geometry because the sacred geometry is let us say the building block of your entire let us call it now only the three dimensional space     so even the atom has the sacred geometry and this sacred geometry of course because atoms make up what you know as the three d world   everything has sacred geometry but as you know there are things that are more obvious   in the geometry   they are more obvious to  you     they are more obvious to your frequency now     so when  you are standing in the space that is built with this intention it is clear to you because it is resonating right now at this particular human level    but there are other levels of geometry which you will now in the coming time let us say be able to access as  your frequency also shifts      you will be able to see other geometries other let us simply say structures of multidimensional space      if you are drawn to these geometries if  you are drawn to understanding them to working with them we highly advise that  you have this endeavor for this will open up parts of your brain parts of your understanding of the universe that again and again and again bring you back to the same place     the place of oneness    very very simple oneness and you will understand how incredibly complicated and diverse this spectrum is when you view it from this place of sacred geometry      does this answer your question     remember in all of  your work in all of your endeavors in all of your reading that all of these things point back to this one place of oneness      again and again the interconnectedness   and if you are working with something that is taking you away from this place and putting  you within rigid lines rigid structures rigid rituals rigid places isolated places then we advise you that this is not a good place for you right now       listen to my judgment not a good place       it is a place that might not be working with your frequency    it might not be providing you with what you need now which is all about embracing the oneness      next question please          no more questions      one thing we would like to say which we believe is important for some of you right now important for all of you all of the time is that many times in your lives you feel that you must make a choice and many times the choice is the good choice to make a choice  but also recognize that you can make a choice and you can change your mind and you can make another choice     but take off the pressure from yourselves and give yourselves the space to be able to make a new choice again and again and again     that you don’t have to lock yourselves into one place one choice one house one job one relationship one one one whatever that you are able to move around to be free to be open to making choices and many times you don’t need to make that choice straight away    to give yourself the time to allow the universe and your connection to the universe to give you the space and time to help you make that decision    does this make sense to you  yes        give yourselves the time       sometimes we see that you are trying  you are trying  and we speak of course to the channel   you are trying so hard you are working so hard and trying so hard to do something   and sometimes  less effort and more you use this word trust    we have a problem with this word trust  we think it is just sitting in  your power       if trust equals sitting in your power then just allow yourselves to sit in your power        to trust trust in the grace of god as you say trust in the universe that all is provided etc etc    but just allow yourselves some time and some space   that all of your answers will be clear  and sometimes it is simply a matter of just waiting and letting that answer come to you clearly   so this would be our advice      if the answer is not clear to you    and you feel that you are cornered  just allow yourself the time and the space and allow the synchronicities the messages   the mutterings of the trees   allow the cardinal to swoop onto your tree  and speak to you      allow the universe to give you all the messages that you need and remember that those messages can come out of your dogs mouth even if  your dog has bad breath   that that message can come from a message on the telephone  a newspaper headline from a sentence in a book it can come from a bear crossing your path  it can come from a beaver flapping its tail in the lake    just listen because there are many many languages right now on your planet   and guess what you now are the linguist and you are now learning to listen and to hear all the messages of all the different beings from the crystals and the rocks and trees from the animals from the babies from everyone      and all of these messages are powerful     again we increase the frequencies            and we remind you that you are divine ever powerful beings of light    and you are now ready to be in this place of great brightness      blessings blessings blessings

greetings and welcome and allow us to introduce ourselves to you yet again we are the master teachers     the grand title that you have given us and we have given ourselves      we are the masters of nothing and the teachers of nothing      great   so why are we all here   and we are here to share  let us say that we are the gate keepers      let us say that we are also the frequency tutors    that we are reminding you helping you remember your own divine frequency   so as we connect together now as we recognize the oneness allow our hearts to grow together     and allow us now to work with you in remembering this increased frequency    aaaah   for yes it is easy to become bogged down to become burdened to become laden with all of those thoughts and those fears and those expectations and those anticipations and oh yes and all of those choices so many choices and where do I land       and all of these frequencies bring you down and they make you slower and slower and we are here to remember with you that this life is joyful that this life is exquisite and that your being is the master and that your being is the teacher that you yourself are the master teachers    so let us now increase the frequencies and as you know we talk talk talk talk talk and what we say really is neither here nor there in one ear out the other we are glad that some of you get snippets from this but really our purpose here is to work with frequency to work with energy and that is what is special about this           that is why we have chosen this channel to do this energetic work and that is why you essentially are here because you are desiring your innate frequency       again let us increase the frequencies      and whether you are working with us in person whether you are working with us through digital recording or whether you are working with us through your own perceptions your own intuitions know that this energy now is increasing within you       that you are rejuvenating your cells of your bodies you are increasing the connections within your cells and  your connections within this oneness    within this exquisite universe    open yourselves up and let yourselves expand now into the greatness that you are  and forget about being that small doubting little human no no no no no no leave that one behind and grow now into your godness into your greatness into your expanded exquisite divine being     again we increase the frequencies        and again we increase and you may feel within your physical bodies some discomfort some dizziness some pain   allow your bodies now to expand      and know that now at this very time on your planet that many people are going through very very very distinctive changes  their bodies are literally integrating this high frequency and this must move through the cellular body as well    strange aches and pains here and there   indefinable illnesses  these are all parts of this great shift into this higher dimensional plane        and allow your bodies now to make the necessary shifts and as you know so well your body is but a large group of constantly moving atoms   constantly changing constantly living nothing is ever the same      that leg that you think is that leg that you think is your leg is it really your leg  is it really your arm is it really your heart pumping     is it really your brain thinking     is it really and the atoms that make up your so called leg  your so called arm  your so called heart  your so called brain where were they ten days ago      where were they ten years ago   what is it that keeps all of those atoms in that pattern that you recognize as your leg       is it  you   is it your thoughts     is it the atoms moving around in your brain creating your thoughts    and just expand     and follow those atoms as they move within your body   and outside of your body    pick an atom any atom and where will you end up    you will end up constantly changing constantly moving never the same never the same        so what is it that you are holding on to        what is it that you fear so much   change change change choice choice choice    if I do this what will happen if I do that what will happen      will my arm still be there will my leg still be there     will the atoms in my brain still be there    dear loved ones dear friends dear beings of light  remember that  you are beings of light remember that you are this ever changing oneness         and that everything that you think is the same  is but illusion and of course illusion is truth as well but now it is time for you to go deeper  to go deeper into your understanding of self of universe of oneness of god of life of truth      and to recognize yourselves and we know as we have worked with you well and with some of you for many years and we know that you are now able to accept these shifts and to work with these shifts and to help others with these dramatic and profound changes within yourselves    and these changes are miraculous     as you see around  you the growing of humanity the growing of consciousness as you see around  you people actually thinking more and thinking deeply reconnecting with the ancient ones    reconnecting with ritual reconnecting with self     and allow us again to increase the frequencies                   and now on your planet in the northern hemisphere   it is the spring    the time to spring out to spring up and to be the tall poppy     to integrate this power  to take the courage to be brave and to allow yourself to stand up      and as we work with you we see within you that there is some resistance that there is some fear in standing up and speaking your mind      in speaking speaking about your own interdimensionality    wow  isn’t he weird isn’t she very very strange    a little bit over the edge on that one     the judgments the comments we are fearful of these   we do not want to be seen as different    we certainly do not want to be seen as weird or that we have lost our minds      we want to be seen as intelligent loving compassionate but not as strange    but oh let us remind you who was it that was so strange      the earth is round the earth is round   oh  don’t be so silly please  and we can count them many many times on your planet those people that have the courage to stand up and speak their interdimensional truth     and we see that you are here this evening that you have made  your experiments that you have made your discoveries that you have made your visions and we see that  you have this global view this big picture we see what you see and we can see that you are seers and it is time dear seers to share  to share your visions to share your truths to stand up and to be able to speak your truth       we increase the frequencies             and let us ask you today here now in this audience are we speaking to you   please answer yes or no     yes     ah they have voices and they speak loudly and boldly   do you all need some courage to speak up         yes   oh yes they say  and what holds you back is it fear      yes to fear   any other options   other than fear    fear of rejection     oh no  I’m too weird I’m from another dimension they don’t like me anymore     I’m like really round and they are really square    woops wrong shape    rejection rejection rejection        let us increase the frequencies          and we understand and we see that humanity wants to be humanity     that people want to be people that it is your concept it is the essence of  your being to be  to be in oneness  and rejection feels like you are not a part of oneness you are not a part of the group you are not a part of the discussion you are not a part of the love you have been ostracized      so lets all pretend that we have no vision that we have no voice we see nothing we know nothing we hear nothing   lets all just pretend they’re all together in oneness      let us explain to you that when you are not speaking up when  you  have these abilities when you have this information when you have this profound knowledge and understanding you cannot be quiet      and the more quiet you are the more you will be rejected for this works on this energetic level     that seed  that seed will gather the momentum of the universe to break through the road and burst through and this information this ability this seeing within  you is like the energy of this seed    it must burst through  and the more you hide it and the more  you try to pretend to be part of the group with the fear of rejection the more you are growing this fear the more the rejection will happen     it is simply energy energy is there and the energy wants to express and to expand       so we ask you to take the courage to be brave be the captain of the ship  go out onto the seas and you will find that there are many other boats and ships and vessels out on the seas flying the flag and you will find that together you are creating the tipping point    you are creating the energy now together   and as we have said over the last let us say ten years even longer we have been asking you to speak up  to create the energy to join together and as you know so well from  your scientific experiments the tipping point is crucial  for the tipping point is when consciousness creates consciousness  let us increase the frequency and lets move those atoms even more and more and more    and remember it is not you   you are like a painting like a sculpture     created by the universe created by you   perhaps it would help to let us say depersonalize your lives depersonalize the situation      see yourself as a character in a play or a book or your own life     these things happen those things happen these things happen and those things happen      and you are making them happen      it is a level of and we know that you do not like this word   detachment     it is where you rise above and we hesitate even to use the word rise     it is when you go to a different level of being that is beyond the emotional level  it is where the emotions are integrated      and you recognize this is the fear place this is the love place this is the timeless place this is the scary place and you recognize them for what they are      but you are not them and they are not you    they are elements all exquisite and integrated elements of yourself         so what we are asking and what we are showing is that you enter this realm of the spiritual self  of the divine self that recognizes the qualities of the human self      recognizes the so called good  bad   comforting discomforting  exciting devastating parts of the human self  and lives through them  but chooses to participate in this life from this level of the divine self and that divine self is the master teacher that divine self is let us say the high priestess        the high priest     you yourself as a spiritual teacher every day in every way      this saying what would Jesus do     well perhaps it has become a little bit commercialized let us say but what would Jesus do  what would your divine self do   what would Krishna do    in every single situation   and in every single situation the divine self has complete trust in fact the word trust does not exist     there is complete knowing       and in complete knowing there is no fear     there simply is the oneness of being     so it is stepping up to the plate    it is tuning up your frequency    it is required reading let us say      and you are completely capable of doing this    every single one of you in every single way     it might take a day it might take ten days  it might take twenty days and then  you may have a little slip here a slip there   diving deeply into an emotional state and then  you remember oh yes but I am the divine and I can choose to live my life from that place          again we increase the frequencies         and it is all around you  in books on television on the radio   friends are talking about it   everyone is talking about the new age the coming of the blah blah blah  everyone is talking about self help law of attraction better life better you    it is everywhere     what is happening on this planet      go back ten years go back twenty years this was not happening       go back even six months and it was not happening as it is happening now       we ask you if you see this in your own lives and in the world  please answer yes or no     yes        strange isn’t this very strange  that this is happening what does this all mean    how come we’re alive right now     are we special that we are alive while the world is going through this huge shift        well you are very very special to be here now      you have chosen to be here now   it was your choice     to be here now      choice choice choice so now I am here so now what do I do    now I am here in this really crazy space and all these crazy things are happening what do I do   how do  I make a shift what do I do in my personal life       what can I do      so let us increase the frequencies    and you have been born now to live now in this dimensional space to open the dimensional spaces to open now this world to help reveal truth and to help expand what is and to help lift those veils and some of those veils are made of rice paper and some of those veils are made of chain mail and some of those veils are as thin as a butterflies wings and some are ten foot thick concrete and you are required now to see the truth and speak the truth and help with the unveiling           so it has been your choice to be here to be the unveilers      what an elegant title     hello I am an unveiler   what are you doing here     oh I am just here for the ride     just enjoying myself what are you up to     well we are unveiling the truth what are you doing   oh that is what I am doing too    in fact all of this is the truth      all of this is the truth   and whether  you are in china or Africa or Australia or England everywhere this truth is now expounding       so again we increase the frequencies           and as we increase the frequencies bring your awareness to your spine that you are sitting with a straight spine      and notice the elongation of your neck   and bring you awareness to your head it might feel quite large      and expanded      and then just allow your head to feel taller and longer elongating   the top of your head     and bring all of your awareness the awareness especially of your nervous system now to the top of your  head and imagine that you are wearing a crown a golden crown that is tall and reaches high up above your head sitting on the crown of your head and know that you are an electric being     that electricity runs through you   that you literally are a biological transmitter and receiver        and as you wear this crown now you access all information from the universum the universe        and you allow this information to move through you freely         you see this is it    dear members of our family   if you knew how big you are  how powerful you are how much of a god you are   that you create everything    that you have access to everything        then you would not feel so small    you would not feel so insignificant    you would not be fearful you would not be doubting   so put on your crown dear kings and queens     and access your universe      practice this   you may practice sitting in nature     or sitting in the city in the middle of the busiest place   and just place your crown on your head and know that you are biological transmitter and receiver     and access everything that you require  love information god oneness people    you are like the intergalactic telephone exchange     you can call them up say hello how are you doing and hang up         the phone is in your fingertips     and you have super psychic abilities to talk with people beside you across the world from you for they have died   for they’re not born         just stay in the expanded state while we do a tech change      can you hear the kids outside        ok   everybody ok   no one is too dizzy  no         it is important of course that we check in with you as the channel reminds us she is so human and so compassionate that we remind you that with this work that you do go very deeply into an altered physical state and this can make you feel very dizzy so just allow yourselves if  you are feeling like that to just gently open your eyes   and know that this is a frequency shift within you     that is for the good is for the better    now just allow your bodies to be soft  and move gently        the body is but a manifestation of the thought system  of the energetic system of the frequency system so as you expand and as  your thoughts expand as your consciousness expands your body as the manifestation of your consciousness usually does require some shift as well        as you are aware when you have those aha moments those moments of oh wow I get it   wow look at that   when something shifts so dramatically for you in your understanding      that shift must also happen in  your body    for your body is simply the physical manifestation of your mind frequency            it is all one beautifully connected exquisitely organized system     and if if all consciousness suddenly if all humans on the planet suddenly thought that they only had two legs and no arms then whoop all the arms would disappear          everything that exists exists because of the mind pattern          the exquisite diverse spectrum of the mind    and just as we have mentioned there were minds that believed that the earth was flat and then there were some minds that believed that the earth was round    and eventually all the minds believed that the earth was round     so what is it that you believe in right now    what is it that you believe in that the rest of the world or most of the rest of the world does not believe in        and perhaps that thought that you have is like the roundness of the planet       there are many many exquisite exquisite thoughts that are in your minds now that may not have been there before          at least this time around  and this is the time now for these exquisite thoughts these exquisite thoughts now to come into the foreground and perhaps this time you won’t be burned at the stake you won’t have your head chopped off and you won’t be drowned       or you simply won’t be ignored      it is amazing how one small thought becomes one small sentence becomes a worldwide phenomena            and can change peoples lives so are we encouraging you we are yes we are   we encourage  you now to know that every single person that has made a great thing has come from this place           again we increase the frequencies         and now we would like to ask  you if you Q. you have a memory of a death experience that you feel as a burning in the lower chakras and how do you get rid of the fear, fear of death and fear of the experience itself in the lower chakras?

MT   great question we thank  you this will help many people        so when you are let us say focused or concentrating on something usually it is something that has let us say grabbed your attention and pain and fear are very very good at doing this when you have pain for example in your appendix and it is bursting there is very very little space to think about anything else except for that pain    the fear of death the understanding or the belief that you have had this experience and that you are attuning to this experience is also very grasping very grabbing and it takes all of your attention and you do this     you condense into that space      you condense into that fear   you condense into that pain  and all of your focus goes there and once all of your focus is in that one place  where is the rest of your focus    nowhere for it is all in that one place          so we ask you when you have this experience when you have any other similar experience s that are let us say all consuming       to allow yourself and we have spoken of this to come to this divine plateau this is the space the area the level of your highest consciousness the highest consciousness that you are personally aware of        literally what you can do is imagine that this that  you say the pain fear is in the lower chakras is that you take y our awareness to the lower chakras you examine and then you lift your consciousness lift your focus lift your attention take it up to the heart level expand out in compassion for yourself for your loves all those you love for the world  and then continue to take up your awareness and your consciousness  up through the crown of your head and to the crown of your head and then allow yourself to expand up and out in all directions so simply what you are doing is you are going from the point of being condensed focused in one place in one space and you are expanding out to all of the rest of your experiences and if you are someone who is very emotional or very visual then go through all the other experiences that you know of in your life in this life past life future life whatever lives   connect to others and just go through all of the time space continuum where you have actually been expanded times of joy times of bliss times of fun times of peace times of harmony times of global harmony find those places and simply create more and more space around those and allow this one place of fear of pain fear of death burning in the lower chakras allow this not to disappear don’t let it go don’t throw it away don’t discard it integrate it into everything else that is and this is very very important    these are part of our key teachings   never to let go never to throw away never to discard  but simply to integrate and recognize that all parts of the human experience are exquisite the fear the pain the love the joy and expand integrate the experience don’t kick it out and focus on it and give it special attention  integrate it and let it grow into the global experience of what you are     does this answer your question

MT. the question is that you are going to sleep expanded very expanded and waking up very contracted     it is during the sleep that you are waking up contracted    do you notice what it is that is actually creating the transition    and we are not saying that contracted is bad please recognize that all is truth   but do you feel better contracted or expanded

MT  oh fancy that    expanded is the answer      is there anything that you notice that creates the contractive state for we can think of many many situations where we see the channel woooo she goes from expansion to uh contraction       when things don’t go her way ooooh she contracts       what is it with you that contracts you

Q. when things are complicated from my point of view      when I have to move through things that I really don’t want to do

MT   when things don’t go your way   ah you’re just like the channel    when things don’t go your way then you contract     correct

Q. not always but sometimes

MT  so let us answer this in two ways   in the first instance what we see is that when you are sleeping this is the time when much of the emotional body is working and reorganizing the jigsaw puzzle and going through the things that have happened in the day and going through this state     this is where the emotional body has let us say freedom to play     this is where the emotional body is no longer in its cage   you behave today little girl  this is what we are doing today    when you are asleep   aha the emotional body takes off and starts doing whatever it wants to do    it is going to live out its worst worst worst fears and also live out its oh ohoh fun fun fun    so the emotional body is at work while you are asleep    and also at work are the other parts of you   your spiritual body and your physical body        if you are for example going through a period of great expansion it is possible that your mental body your emotional body needs to do some catching up work      oh     all of that trauma    I went to therapy    I put it in the box it is all fine don’t worry  let it go let it go let it go  now perhaps some of that stuff is coming up for you     you may not remember it you may remember it      but what might be happening is that your physical body is responding to what is happening to your emotional body during the sleep cycle and this is why you might be waking up contracted  does this make sense to you

MT   the channel is requesting that we speak slowly slowly thank you   you will find as many have found and do continue to find that when you are on this expansive spiritual journey and please excuse us that we break up these things into such rigid categories but perhaps it is easier to understand in this way      but when you are in this this rising of consciousness and this great expansion there is movement through the other dimensional spaces of your being your physical body your emotional body the historical body etc etc and all of these are coming along for the ride    they are all transitioning together   so you will find that during these times of great let us say aha moments where you are expanding there also can be great moments of emotional tension     it seems that we are viewing as people step through this fiery hoops that even more fiery hoops appear      why more haven’t I done enough    god please stop    more challenges   no no no no  but it seems that each time that you step through that fiery hoop and yet a bigger fiery hoop and oh no here comes a shark wowowowowowo    yes that is all part of the ride and as you are expanding you get to enjoy the ride    you no longer are looking for the control button   but you are in the flow  you are in the flow   so notice when you have these moments of contraction during your day     notice what it is what is the so called trigger for the contraction      nothing happens out of nowhere dear child nothing    there is always something that triggers   sets the little trigger     is it a bloodsugar trigger    is it purely chemical purely physical    is it purely emotional is it purely interdimensional     have a look at what the triggers are   and begin to recognize them   begin to see what is it that is doing this       how am I doing this     learn how you are creating yourself     learn how you are creating your world  and once you learn you will be the complete master and there will be no more contraction expansion unless you are completely aware of it require it desire it     the meditation the session the procedure we never know what word to use    the awareness of bringing your awareness to your crown and expanding and allowing the energy to simply move and integrate throughout your body is perfect for when you recognize the contraction          have we answered your question

MT you don’t think very much is real     well   it would be a very difficult discussion for us to have with you considering we are not in body you do not see us or perhaps you do see us    that we are being channeled    are we real    let us tell  you the channel certainly doesn’t know if we are real or not real in fact I don’t think she cares   we don’t think she cares      it makes no difference      what is important is that the words and that the energy is helping people      what is important for you at this point to understand  is that it makes no difference whether there are angels speaking to you    children on the street speaking to you     whether you are speaking with your imagination or without imagination or with their imagination or with bugs bunny’s imagination       it makes no difference     what is important for you to know to believe to trust to understand is that whatever informational guidance you are receiving from wherever it is  it is all oneness whether it is your imagination archangel Michael or the pixie next door      it is all god it is all oneness all creation    it makes no difference where it really comes from and you as a discerning intelligent divine being of light recognize what information is going to be useful and helpful to you        that is all that is important     is it not          have you not also spoken to plants to the sun to the trees to the queen of England  it is all oneness      just simply coming through different filters  different frequencies different colors   what is important is that you use the information and that you understand it through your heart    does this answer your question

Do not see these times now as troubling. Be the sailor on the large wooden ship that is excited by the waves, excited to watch the ship rock from side to side, enjoying the challenge of the great open seas!
And watching, asking, “What can I do? How can I do this?” Yes, that is a great idea – do that! Allow yourselves to be the captain of the ship, allow others to follow you, to follow your footsteps.

Be courageous, brave, calm, peaceful and understanding
We are the master teachers teaching you the teachers.

You go out and teach, you are the ones that allow these messages of peace and courage, these snippets of information and frequency modulation to be known.

You allow these to ripple through your lives through to the people and not only the people, but to all the different beings around you.

Your modulation, your frequency affects every single thing around you.

By increasing your frequency, increasing your ability, increasing your calmness, your groundedness, your awareness, your compassion and by decreasing your anxiety, by decreasing your worries, by decreasing foremost your rigidity, allowing yourselves to be expanded and expansive, you affect every single other atom in this unlimited Universe.

There are many, many different elements, different dimensions, many levels of so called resistance, awareness, intelligence.

Each interplays with the other.

You are not only interconnected with your family, your mother and father, your friends, your work colleagues, you are connected with every single atom of the planet.

You have the ability to change the times. You have the ability to influence the times. You have the ability to influence and change time itself.

These and many more are your abilities, they are within your reach, they are simply a matter of frequency.

So now should you choose to live in your three dimensions?

Which would you choose to live in?

Three dimensions or the Expanded infinite universe?

The choice, of course, is yours. The choice of course is yours as a whole – as a oneness – as an interconnected oneness.

We love you and treat you as our children. You are really not our children though, think of us as go(o)d parents, somewhat inherited. We appear in your myths, in your legends, you know our faces, they are a part of your master grand consciousness, we are archetypes, very specific archetypes, the professors, the learned ones, the democratic ones, the ones who encourage you to speak your minds, to inquire and explore and to keep expanding your directions, we are not your worried, controlling parents, making sure you don’t hurt yourselves falling down the cliff, we encourage you to fall down the cliff and to learn more, more about gravity, more about falling, more about the so-called laws of your planet so then you can break them, WE ,WE, WE encourage you to break the rules sometimes, most of time, only your instinctual judgment calls will stop you from hurting your own kind, as long as you recognize them, that is your own kind. In those places where you see war and destruction, the link to the instinctual DNA strands, the link to the initial programming, patterning has been lost, the star essence, the light powder? Glitter? other word? has been lost.

You see, it is all about a level of connectivity, and connectivity is relative.
